Having a website is great, but without any content on it, it’s pretty much useless. However, you can’t simply have any ol’ content. You need to ensure that it’s Search Engine Optimised in order for Google to recognise you online. You’ll also need an informative blog from which SEO-friendly content will be shared on social media platforms; creating a means to link back to your website.
3. You need social media platforms to share content
It’s important for any business to make use of free online marketing platforms which include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and even SnapChat. Social media marketing will offer your business more exposure online and create online communities which wouldn’t be possible otherwise.
4. You need to advertise your website
Unfortunately, you can’t get far online without doing a little bit of advertising in the form of Google AdWords/PPC. By making use of certain keywords and setting a daily budget, you’re able to rank on Google through hard work and dedication.
