To buy any of our amazing products,
Sign up or Log in first.

Then please select the product you wish to buy, and follow the easy checkout process.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your active product will appear in the "My Account" Dashboard under the "Shopping" tab.

I've bought a product, now what?

Please log into your account dashboard on Pixel8. Your order, if successfully processed, will appear under the "Shopping" menu item.

From this dashboard you can manage your order, communicate with Pixel8 and will receive your finished product.

I need an invoice

Please submit the contact form on the left with the subject line "Invoice needed" and one of our friendly consultants will send you one.

Don't forget to include your invoice details and order id.

Once you have bought a product, log in to your dashboard.

You can send Pixel8 the necessary files or information to complete your order via the Conversation Screen.

You can find this link below your order in the Shopping tab.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom.

A password reset email will be sent to you.

To cancel your order, please navigate to your dashboard, and find your active order under the "Shopping" tab.

To request a cancellation please click on the "Request Mutual Cancellation" button under the order. Pixel8 will be in contact with you.
